Each session weaves together intentional breathing patterns, therapeutic sound bowls, and guided visualization techniques rooted in Depth Hypnosis. As the breath shifts your physiological state, you are gently guided into the subconscious layers of the mind — where stored emotion, old narratives, and energetic imprints can be safely accessed and released.

Energy work and somatic awareness are integrated throughout the experience, allowing the body to process what surfaces rather than simply revisiting it mentally. The result is often a profound sense of clarity, emotional lightness, and reconnection to your inner coherence.

What to Expect

1. Arrival & Intention Setting

When you arrive, the space is already prepared — soft lighting, grounded energy, and a quiet sense of safety. You’ll be welcomed in and invited to settle onto a comfortable mat with blankets and support for your body. Before we begin, we take time to connect. You’ll share what’s bringing you in — whether it’s stress, emotional heaviness, clarity, or something you can’t quite name yet. Together, we clarify your intention. If you’re new to breathwork, the breathing technique is demonstrated and practiced gently so you feel confident before we begin. You’ll be given an eye mask to help you turn inward, and the space is oriented so you feel held and supported. This is where the outside world softens — and your inner world begins to open.

2. Descent into the Breath

You’ll lie back comfortably, eyes covered, body supported. The sound bowls begin — low, resonant tones that move through the space and into the body. Your breath starts slowly, guided step-by-step. Verbal cues anchor you, helping you find the rhythm. As the pattern builds, your awareness begins to shift. Through a hypnotic “drop down” — using imagery tailored to your intention — you’re guided beneath surface thought and into deeper layers of the subconscious. The breath becomes the vehicle. The sound becomes the container. You may feel warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, lightness, heaviness, expansion. Some people see imagery. Others feel memories or subtle energetic movement. Everything is welcomed. Nothing is forced. You are never alone in it — the facilitation remains steady, calm, and attuned.

3. Somatic & Energetic Release

As your body begins to unwind, stored tension may surface. This can feel like shaking, pressure, emotion rising, or sudden clarity. Energy work and somatic guidance are woven into the session to help your nervous system process what emerges safely. Rather than reliving experiences mentally, your body is supported in completing what may have been held or unfinished. The sound bowls continue to ripple through the space — grounding, regulating, integrating. There is no performance here. Only presence.

4. Rest, Return & Integration

The breath gradually softens. The rhythm slows. The body returns to its natural pace. You remain lying down in stillness, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate. This is often where insights land gently — not as dramatic realizations, but as quiet knowing. When you’re ready, you’re guided back with grounding cues. Time is given to reflect, journal, or share if you feel called. The experience closes with a sense of coherence — body, mind, and energy more aligned.
