    Guided breath-based sessions in a small, supported group. Accessible to beginners and deeply effective — a gentle way to shift how your body feels and how your mind quiets.

  • Sound Bath & Stillness

    Immersive sound experiences using therapeutic bowls and resonant frequencies. Deeply restful, no experience needed. Come as you are and let the sound do the work.

  • Nervous System Workshops

    Practical, science-informed sessions that help you understand why your body responds the way it does — and give you tools you'll actually use. Teaching and experience together.

  • Nature Immersions

    Guided outdoor experiences combining breath, mindful movement, and unhurried time in nature. Simple, nourishing, and surprisingly powerful for resetting how you feel.
