What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a guided process that allows access to the subconscious mind through deep relaxation and focused awareness. In this state, attention turns inward, creating space for insight, reframing, and inner exploration beyond the analytical mind.

Sessions may include guided trance meditation, subconscious inquiry, symbolic imagery, and intuitive exploration. Depending on the individual and the intention, experiences may include age regression, past-life imagery, or the release of perceived energetic influences, always approached gently and at a pace that feels safe.

What to Expect

1. Orientation & Intention

Your first session will take 1.5 to 2 hrs, starting with a conversation to clarify goals, select which process matches goals and ensure comfort with the process. This will give us a picture of your emotional landscape and guide the rest of your sessions. If you have the energy and desire, we will guide you through the first trance.

2. Guided Hypnotic Induction

You are guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state while remaining aware and in control.

3. Inner Exploration

As you move through your inner landscape, subconscious imagery, memories, or symbolic material may arise naturally. Depending on what presents, we will move with it and guide you through processes that allow you to explore further, as well as those that help to heal and restore balance.

4. Integration & Grounding

Once you have moved through the guided session, you will be given space to talk about your experience and ground it into your body. You are often given homework and instructed to watch your dreams as they can deepen your experience. If it is suggestion hypnosis you started with, you will be given a recording of the session to listen to daily for 30 days.

5. Ongoing Integration

Suggestion hypnosis is often paired with accountability and mindset coaching. The depth hypnosis path often includes a series of sessions to work through the issues discussed, conducted weekly or bi-weekly or as needed.

There is no fixed number of sessions. Suggestion hypnosis typically involves a short series with daily audio reinforcement between appointments. Depth hypnosis work is guided by what arises — some clients complete meaningful shifts in 3–4 sessions; others work through a longer series. Your path is determined collaboratively based on what you're working with and how you respond.
